Minister Athaullah pleads with Namal to get a deputy chairmanship in a state institution
Local Government and Provincial Councils Minister A.L.M. Athaullah has met with parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa on several occasions at the Presidential Secretariat to secure a deputy chairmanship for one of his friends at a state institution, sources from the Presidential Secretariat said.
Although Athaullah has received a ministerial portfolio none of his supporters have received any appointments in state institutions.
