Special unit in state media institutions to build Namal’s image

The Presidential Secretariat has informed the state media institutions to set up a separate division to cover official events of parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa. Five member teams have already been assigned the task at the Rupavahini, ITN and Lake Hosue.

Assistant Secretary at the Presidential Secretariat Indika Karunajeewa has been assigned the task of guiding these groups at the state media institutions. SLBC Head Hudson Samarasinghe had informed Indika Karunajeewa that his institution is in the process of forming a separate unit to cover Namal’s assignments.
