SIS assigned to investigate ministers
Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has assigned the State Intelligence Service (SIS) to keep a close watch on the activities of government ministers who are said to be unhappy with the portfolios allocated to them.
A special unit under a senior police officer has been assigned to inquire in to the actions and political activities of governing party ministers and parliamentarians.
